Create and manage Email Templates to speed up your outreach workflow.

Creating a Template

1. Go to Settings > Templates.
2. Click New Template.
3. Give your template a name (e.g., “Initial Outreach - Tech”).
4. Write your subject line and body content.
5. Use Variables like {Brand Name} or {Contact Name} to personalize automatically.

Using a Template

When generating a pitch or writing a new email, simply select your template from the dropdown menu to pre-fill the content.
